Kurzvorstellung:

Hannah Pardey, M.A., is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the University of Hannover (Germany). She teaches British literatures and cultures from the 19th to the 21st century with a strong focus on postcolonial literatures in English (West Africa) and theories and methods of literary studies (Gender Studies). Her master thesis "Historiographic Metafiction from the Nigerian Diaspora" has received the GAPS Graduate Award (complimentary prize) in 2016. Her dissertation project, tentatively titled "Postcolonial Middlebrow? The New Nigerian Novel" concerns the implied readerships in recent Nigerian fictions.
